Caci started in 1994 after husband-and-wife team Jackie and David Smith returned from the United Kingdom with a Caci Non-Surgical Facelift machine. They setup the first Caci clinic in Newmarket, Auckland. The business quickly took off and they decided on franchising as the business model to grow and meet customer demand. In 1995 Caci brought laser hair removal to New Zealand, they were not only the first clinic in New Zealand to offer this treatment, they were one of the first in the world and had machine 004.
